& Returns
We have a great shipping deal Via UPS. Both options are for shipping destinations in the the continental 48 states. Two options, UPS Ground Flat rate fee of $9.00. UPS overnight Flat rate fee of $25.00. That covers your total order. If you purchase multiple items it's all covered for that flat rate fee.
Warranty/Return Policy:
Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items
purchased within 30 days. Please inspect your order immediately
upon receipt. Any items over 30 days are to be returned directly
to the manufacture for repair if defective. New returns over 30
days are non returnable. All returned units Must be Complete and
in Factory Packaging. All units requiring Service, either Warranty
or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
RMA numbers are required for all returns and will be issued by a
Customer Service Representative for all approved returns. Products
returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted. Please contact
us so we can issue an RMA.
Restocking Fee
ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returned Merchandise Must Be in Original
Condition
We will NOT accept Returns in other than ORIGINAL, UNUSED condition.
All warranty cards, product manuals, etc. must be in original, unaltered
condition. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Damaged Merchandise
We are not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse
or failure to follow instructions specified in the supplied owners
manual. Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been
damaged by customer misuse or negligence. If a parcel arrives in
a damaged condition, refuse to accept it. It will be returned to
us. All items damaged in shipment are insured. If you receive a
damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier within 24 hours
or contact us immediately.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Overnight orders must be placed before 2
pm. EST in order to ensure next day delivery.
Returns will NOT be accepted for the following items:
Products under $50
USED merchandise
Software, Charts, Memory Cards
Special Orders
Closeouts and Clearance items
Return Procedure
If your item was purchased within the last 20 days and meets the
above criteria for an acceptable return, contact us for the REQUIRED
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. If possible, have your
invoice available and reference your invoice number for faster service.
Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping
carton (you may use the original shipping carton if you wish). Print
the RMA # on all sides of the shipping carton. Ship returned items
back to the address we will provide by the most convenient means.
We suggest you ship by an insurable shipping method that allows
package tracking, such as UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc. Return shipping
must be paid by the customer unless we are at fault.
Enclose a copy of your invoice and write the RMA
# on it. Keep the original receipt for your records. Your return
must be received within 10 days from the date the RMA # is issued.
To assure that a credit is issued, all items must
be returned in ORIGINAL UNUSED condition. All warranty cards, product
manuals, etc. must be in ORIGINAL, unaltered condition. Do not tape
or deface manufacturer's original product cartons.
Warranties
All products sold by us are only subject to the manufacturers warranty.
Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customers mishandling,
abuse or faulty installation causes the defect.Lost or Damaged Packages
